HOW DOES SIMPRO WORK?
During a preventative maintenance service, our engineer will give each piece of gym equipment a unique asset number sticker. This asset number is recorded in simPRO and details the manufacturer, model and type of equipment. Any action – whether a service, health check or repair – is instantly recorded in simPRO against the individual asset number, giving you real-time information relating to that particular piece of gym equipment.
simPRO provides a full inventory report at the push of a button and allows gym operators to remotely report defects against their gym equipment, eliminating the need to pick up the phone or send an email.
Furthermore, gym operators can instantly view pending work or run specific reports on their range of gym equipment, such as the number of times an engineer has tended to a piece of gym equipment.
