– Winner of Hyrox male pairs in Glasgow 2023

– Top 10 placements in the world and top European rankings at multiple World’s Toughest Mudder events from 2012 to 2018

– Victories in various OCR races, including major series Scotland twice, Beast race twice, Mactuff, and Back Ballistic and named as the only male OCR athlete from Scotland in the Hall of Fame awards

– Winner of several ultramarathons like Peak District 100km, St Cuthberts Way 100km, Ultra Tour of Arran 2 day, Ultra Scotland 100 miler, and Race across Scotland 215 miler

– 3rd place in the 55 Games 3-man team in 2023 and 2022

– Completion of challenging feats such as West Highland Way Race 96 miler finishing 7th, Devil of the Highlands 43 miler finishing 6th, Dragons Back race finisher, and the Winter 2024 Spine race carrying a 9.5kg pack unsupported in a 275 miler winter footrace

– Mountain Biked West Highland Way in 16 hours solo

– Kayaked from Ardrossan to Arran over 13 miles solo
